DELIVERY, PRICING AND RETURNS

JIMINI’S uses the Colissimo services of La Poste to guarantee fast and tracked deliveries across France and Europe.

DELIVERY ZONES

JIMINI’S ensures delivery everywhere in France (with an extra cost for the French overseas departments and territories), and across Europe in these areas:

Area 1: Belgium

Area 2: Germany, Luxembourg, and Holland

Area 3: Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, and Austria

Area 4: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland, Greece and the Czech Republic

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND PREPARATION OF YOUR ORDER

JIMINI’S commits to send your order within two working days after confirmation. Once it is sent, you will have a tracking number for your package directly available for checking on your account or on the Colissimo website.

Colissimo services advise delivery times of 48 hours (2 working days) and 5 to 7 days for international deliveries.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges for mainland France (including Corsica) are of 5,80€ if you take the Colissimo option or of 4,20€ to be delivered to a shop nearby. For orders above 30€, delivery is free, enjoy!

Area 1: 5,20€ including all taxes

Area 2: 5,90€ including all taxes

Area 3: 6,90€ including all taxes

Area 4: 6,90€ including all taxes

PARCEL SHIPPING

Parcels are sent on working days (Monday to Friday), the day we receive your payment, if confirmed before 11 am. Standard shipping is a tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature. If you require signed delivery, an additional cost will be charged so please contact us. No matter your shipping choice, you will be able to track your package online. Delivery charges include packing, handling and posting fees. They can also include a fix part and variable part according to the price and weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two different orders and you would have to pay delivery charges for both orders.

Your package is shipped at your own risks; though particular care is accorded to packages with fragile contents. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, a non-delivery notice will be left and you will have to collect your package from your local Post Office. Your package will be kept for ten days and then returned if not collected. All packages returned by the Post Office due to non collection can be shipped again at the expense of the client; however no repayment or exchange will be accepted.

 

LOSS, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION

JIMIN’S cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or damaged parcels during delivery. In case of major delay or tracking interruption, we advise you to contact the customer service of Colissimo, your tracking number will be needed.

In case of damage to the contents, we advise you not to accept the package. All accepted packages will be considered as compliant and no returns or refunds will be allowed.
